Style Combat & Fitness Gym: Sparring & Fight Conditioning Classes


At Style Combat & Fitness Gym, we offer specialized Junior and Adult Sparring Classes for experienced students looking to refine their skills in a structured, coach-supervised environment. We also provide a Running Class (12+) to help fighters improve their conditioning, endurance, and overall fight performance.

 

Junior Sparring Classes (Ages 5-9)


Our junior sparring program is designed for young fighters with prior training experience who are ready to apply their skills in a controlled sparring environment.

✅ Technical Skill Development – Improve striking, footwork, head movement, and defensive techniques.
✅ Supervised, Controlled Contact – Light sparring with safety gear to build confidence.
✅ Discipline & Focus – Enhance mental toughness, respect, and self-control in combat scenarios.

Gear Required: Gloves, mouthguard, shin guards, and headgear.

 

Adult Sparring Classes (Ages 10+)


Our advanced sparring sessions help experienced fighters sharpen their skills through live drills and technical sparring.

🔥 Precision & Timing – Focus on accuracy, defense, and effective striking.

Levels Offered:
🥊 Technical Sparring – For those refining technique in a controlled setting.
🥊 Live Sparring – For advanced fighters preparing for competition.

Gear Required: 16oz gloves, mouthguard, headgear, shin guards (for kickboxing/K1).

 

Fight Conditioning Running Class (Ages 12+)


A strong gas tank is crucial for any fighter. Our Running Class is designed to improve endurance, speed, and recovery for fighters looking to level up their conditioning.

🏃 Sprint & Interval Training – Improve explosive power and fight stamina.
🏃 Long-Distance Running – Build endurance for high-paced rounds.
